Demonstrative Learning is a platform dedicated to sharing a plethora of experiences by Dr. Kiran Bedi across four decades of her diverse work experience in Law Enforcement, Administration and Civil Society alongside the two organizations founded by her- the Navjyoti India Foundation and the India Vision Foundation. This overarching venture is dedicated to instilling a spirit of ‘self reliance’ by promoting a demonstrative way of learning and inculcation. A diversity of issues have been the focus of this platform’s vision including- grass root leadership, senior administration, management, learning of good practices in running an NGO, Public Governance, Law Enforcement, Crime prevention, policing, prison reforms, restorative justice and more. This platform harbours the experience and expertise of both the organizations, to create a positive space which is dedicated to sharing and learning processes.
